Blow Molding Process Technician
Pay: $22-34/hr. (based on experience)
Shift: Days 6:50a-7p (4 days on, 4 days off rotating schedule)
Description:
- We are seeking skilled Blow Molding Process Technicians for a plastics packaging company in New Berlin, WI.
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or equivalent; must be 18 years or older
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience with blow molding equipment set-up, troubleshooting, and operation
- Experienced with basic computer and iPad operations; including using Microsoft Office programs
- Mechanically inclined, ability to provide own basic tools
Job Duties:
- Set-up and Operate blow-molding machines
- Troubleshoot and adjust machines
- Perform routine maintenance
- Adhere to customer specifications and work safely
- Compliance to GMP, Food Safety, and Food Quality regulations as required by the company, customers, and/or government agencies
- Health insurance: high-deductible and copay plans; medical starts first of month after 30 days

- 401k: starts first of month after 90 days; 50% match on first 6% of eligible pay; vesting over 6 years (10% at year 1)
