Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced, high-energy General Manager to run our South El Monte restaurant. You will oversee 100% of daily operations, lead a dedicated team, and drive local business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Daily Operations: Manage all shift schedules, inventory control, and product ordering.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and discipline shift leaders and crew members.
- Customer Service: Maintain high food quality, fast service, and a spotless facility.
- Financial Oversight: Hit labor targets, manage food waste, and maximize profitable growth.
- Local Compliance: Enforce strict California health department codes and labor laws. [1]
Job Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years as a Fast Food or QSR General Manager.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage a high-volume restaurant staff.
- Skills: Strong communication, basic math, and computer literacy.
- Availability: Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Language: Bilingual in English and Spanish is a major plus for this area.
- Certifications: Valid ServSafe Manager certification required.
