This role involves leading the credit team, ensuring the quality of the lending portfolio, and conducting high-quality credit analysis, including portfolio stress testing and loan loss reserve calculations. The Chief Credit Officer will also be involved in setting and meeting loan growth goals, coordinating external audits, and maintaining relationships with regulatory bodies. Applicants for the Chief Credit Officer position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years' of experience in financial/credit analysis and lending, with a strong background in C&I lending. Management experience is essential, and a formal bank management executive school or financial industry-related degree program is preferred.
