Property Administrator (Real Estate & Customer Experience Coordintor)

Job Title Property Administrator (Real Estate & Customer Experience Coordinator) Job Overview As a Real Estate and Customer Experience Coordinator, you will support a team of two Property Managers and a Maintenance Technician, helping them focus on client needs in 17million square feet of industrial space in the Orlando market. You will collaborate with internal teams such as Leasing, Construction, Customer Account, Essentials, Solar, and Energy to deliver high‑quality service to a diverse customer base including large e‑commerce and warehouse operators. Responsibilities Provide operational and communications support to RECX managers and the maintenance technician. Work closely with Leasing, Construction, Customer Account, Essentials, Solar, Energy, and other internal teams. Assist RECX managers with customer repair requests and coordinate with the maintenance technician and vendors. Monitor tickets through the online portal and update status accordingly. Collaborate with the Customer Account team on customer payment collections; update Accounts Receivable reporting databases as required. Process vendor and customer payments on Accounts Payable platforms. Review and complete coding prior to RECX manager approval as required. Prepare customer‑related paperwork for distribution, including contact lists, annual payment schedules, and annual reconciliations. Distribute work notification memos to customers. Assist with vendor contract preparation via DocuSign and manage completed documents. Receive, direct, and follow‑up on incoming phone calls. Maintain accurate records for utility meters, lockboxes, fire alarm codes, and customer contact information. Execute special projects as assigned. Adhere to company property‑management policies, procedures, codes, regulations, and government agency directives. Ensure all property records are maintained in compliance with legal requirements and company practices. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in an administrative role, customer service, real estate, or related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers, team members, and partners. Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Good mathematical and analytical skills. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Positive, proactive work ethic and attention to detail; discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment in handling sensitive matters. Preferred Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to multiple properties. Knowledge of CRM systems such as Yardi and Salesforce. Familiarity with real‑estate processes and documentation (purchase agreements, leases, property‑management responsibilities). Salary & Benefits Hiring Salary Range: $26.94 – $36.06 per hour ($56,000 – $75,000 annual). Total compensation package (bonus target) will be determined by the candidate’s location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, and market data. The 401(k) retirement plan offers a company match of 50% up to 12% of eligible compensation. Generous PTO starts at 22 days per year plus paid holidays and volunteer time.
