Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate physical therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing facility
- Implement treatment plans developed by licensed physical therapists
- Assist patients with exercises and mobility training to improve their quality of life
- Document patient progress accurately and communicate with the care team
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safety
- Contribute to a positive, healing environment for every resident
Qualifications
- Active PTA license in Minnesota (or compact eligible)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- CPR certification preferred
- New graduates are welcome to apply!
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Knowledge of SNF rehabilitation practices
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach
