MondayFriday: 8:00 AM8:00 PM EST
Saturday: 9:00 AM5:30 PM EST
???? About the Role
We are looking for a Call Center Agent (CSR) to provide exceptional customer service to shareholders, brokers, and institutional clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to research and resolve account-related issues in a fast-paced environment.
???? Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and provide professional customer service
Assist with account balances, closing prices, portfolio performance, quotes, and account inquiries
Follow account verification and security procedures
Research and resolve customer/account issues
Make outbound follow-up calls when required
Maintain shareholder accounts and process transaction requests
Escalate complex issues appropriately
Maintain knowledge of financial products, systems, policies, and procedures
Complete ongoing training related to financial markets and instruments

? Strong verbal and written English communication
? Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
? Strong typing/keyboarding skills
? Proficiency with MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
? Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
? Ability to work accurately under pressure
? Customer-focused and team-oriented mindset
? Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
???? Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
15 years of call center/customer service experience
Financial Services industry experience is highly preferred
Must be local to Mesa, AZ for onsite training
Must be comfortable working EST-based hours, including Saturdays
???? Important: Training will be conducted onsite in Mesa, AZ. After successful completion of training, the position will transition to remote work .
