Job Description Position Title: Store Manager (morning or night shift) Employment Type: Full-Time / Exempt Reports To: Owner Position Summary At Wallace Chicken, our Managers are the builders of culture and the drivers of results. As a Manager, you’ll oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, balancing people, performance, and profitability. You’ll be responsible for leading your team, delivering operational excellence, and ensuring every guest experiences The Wallace Way: fast, fresh, and full of hospitality. From managing financial performance to developing future leaders, you’ll be both coach and operator, shaping the growth of one of the fastest-moving brands in the QSR industry. Key Responsibilities Lead & Develop: Recruit, train, coach, and inspire team members and shift leads, ensuring readiness for growth and advancement. Operational Excellence: Oversee food quality, speed, service, and hospitality across all shifts, ensuring standards are consistently met. Financial Stewardship: Monitor sales, labor, food costs, and profitability; take corrective action to hit targets and drive growth. Compliance & Safety: Enforce all Wallace Chicken food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and workplace standards. Scheduling & Labor: Build efficient schedules that balance labor costs with guest satisfaction and team well-being. Inventory Management: Order, stock, and track inventory to ensure freshness, availability, and minimal waste. Problem‑Solving: Address customer concerns, equipment issues, and operational challenges quickly and effectively. Culture Building: Model professionalism, urgency, and positivity; set the tone for teamwork, hustle, and hospitality. Communication: Provide regular feedback to team members, report performance to ownership, and stay aligned with company goals. Growth Mindset: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive insights, and opportunities to innovate Wallace operations.
