Experienced Senior Tax Associate/Tax Manager

THE ROLE: We’re seeking an experienced Tax Senior or Tax Manager to join our dynamic team. You’ll be preparing and reviewing a wide variety of tax returns and projections for a range of clients in the real estate, cannabis and entertainment industries. RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare and detail review high-level partnership, S Corp and individual tax return preparation Deliver a full range of tax services for individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts, etc. Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices Handle tax research assignments, analyze tax code and regulations, notices, and other issues from various tax authorities Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree (Required) 5+ years of recent tax preparation experience in public accounting required 2+ years of recent experience detail reviewing tax returns preferred CPA or EA license, or eligibility and willingness to pursue either, preferred A strong bookkeeping background preferred US work authorization (Required) Experience with ProConnect Tax, Karbon, CCH AnswerConnect, CFS Tax Tools, Microsoft Office, Office Tools, and/or QuickBooks a plus BENEFITS: Compensation:

SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, with overtime during tax season as needed
