Marketing AssistantPhihong USA is looking for a Marketing Assistant to assist the sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working, creative professional able to undertake a variety of projects and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion.Duties:Supports marketing operations by compiling, formatting, and reporting information and materials.Maintains marketing library by updating product datasheets.Product photography and editing.Maintains and edits company website.Designs and maintains marketing collateral such as catalogs, brochures and presentations.Compiles, maintains, and distributes monthly POS reports.Assist other departments as needed.Skills/Qualifications:Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, IndesignMicrosoft OfficeGood organization skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitudeCollege degree2 years related work experienceBilingual in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.Benefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceVision insuranceLife InsurancePaid time off
