RTEF Production Worker

Here’s more of what you’ll get to do: Respectfully communicates with all co-workers. Pre-weighing and preparing raw baking ingredients. Combining dry and wet ingredients in industrial-sized mixers. Ensure product ingredients are mixed as the recipe specifies. Ensure product quality conforms to quality standards through the baking process. Ensure products are wrapped/bagged, and correct problems with machinery settings. Seal-out products with correct labeling for warehouse storage and shipping. Compliance with company-wide Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Meet all federal and state regulatory requirements and adhere to our SQF program What we require: High School diploma/GED or relevant work experience 6 months prior experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Understanding of production procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices Teamwork and communication skills. Manufacturing or Food Handling industry knowledge Industrial Technical or Machinery experience Basic hand tool and computer user interface knowledge Food and Safety knowledge Some knowledge of Shop Floor Data Collection Software Physical Demands and Work Environment: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is: Ability to perform repetitious work. Ability to lift 50 lbs. Ability to stand up to 80% of shift.
