Position Summary
?nin Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Purchasing Coordinator to support purchasing operations for a growing manufacturing company. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate records, coordinating purchase documentation, reconciling receiving paperwork, supporting inventory processes, and providing outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate data entry and purchasing records.
- Generate and process purchase and receiving documentation.
- Reconcile receiving reports, load documentation, and packing lists.
- Verify freight charges and assist with pricing verification.
- Communicate professionally with vendors and customers regarding documentation, pricing, and purchase orders.
- Identify and report discrepancies in shipments and purchasing records.
- Support inventory accuracy and purchasing operations.
- Collaborate with Purchasing, Warehouse, Accounting, and Sales teams.
- Cross-train with team members and assist with special projects as needed.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required Previous experience in:
- Purchasing
- Administrative Support
- Warehouse Coordination
- Inventory Control
- Data Entry
(Experience preferred but training is available for the right candidate.)

- Accurate data entry
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Excellent phone and email communication
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
