Customer Service Representative

Requirements Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in customers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Address customer inquiries, provide product/service information, and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Process transactions, orders, or service requests efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming service area.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Handle customer complaints with patience and escalate issues when necessary.
- Keep up-to-date with company products and pricing.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions with follow up on open accounts and quotes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a related field is preferred. Garage Door or Construction experience a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to multitask.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
- Bi-lingual in Spanish a Plus
Schedule Monday - Friday 7:30am-4pm
