Marketing & Events Manager

Omega Wealth Private Capital is an independent wealth management firm that helps individuals and families make confident decisions about their financial future. We believe planning should be personal and understandable, and tied to the life you want, not just the numbers on a statement. Our CEO also hosts WI$E MONEY , a TV and radio show airing in Cincinnati, Dayton, Indianapolis and Northern Kentucky. THE ROLE You'll run the day-to-day marketing engine for a growing firm: social, email, events, print, and video content drawn from our media presence. You'll report directly to leadership and own projects from the first idea to the finish line. If you like coming up with an idea and then sweating the details to make it happen, keep reading. WHAT YOU'LL DO Social Media & Content Own the firm's YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook accounts, keeping each active, on-brand and on a steady posting schedule YouTube: run the WI$E MONEY channel, including segments, webinar replays, titles, thumbnails and subscriber growth LinkedIn, Instagram & Facebook: thought leadership, Reels and Stories cut from the show, and event and community content Create financial education content, coordinate video, photos and graphics, and track growth on each platform Build and manage newsletters, drip campaigns and automated sequences Segment clients and prospects, including leads from TV, radio and webinars, and tailor the message to each group Write copy, subject lines and calls to action that get opened and clicked Report on performance and recommend improvements Events & Webinars Plan and run client appreciation events, seminars, community events and live webinars Handle all logistics: venues, invitations, registration, catering, vendors and follow-up Drive attendance with pre-event campaigns and convert attendees with post-event follow-up Work events in person, including some evenings Print & Brand Produce brochures, postcards, invitations, presentations and signage with designers and printers Keep every touchpoint polished and on-brand Keep the marketing calendar, deadlines and vendor relationships on track WHAT YOU BRING [2–4] years of marketing experience; financial services is a plus but not required Proven, hands‑on experience running business accounts on YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook , including Reels and Shorts, basic video editing, scheduling tools and platform analytics Strong writing skills and a good eye for design (Canva or similar) Hands‑on experience with email marketing tools Highly organized, and able to juggle multiple projects without dropping details Comfortable with clients, prospects and community partners Understands that financial marketing has compliance rules, and is willing to learn them WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE Six months in, social is active and engaging, emails go out on schedule and get results, events are full, and projects move forward without anyone chasing them.
