FST/ Assisted Stretch Practitioner- Acme Athletics

Help ACME members move and feel their best through safe, individualized assisted-stretch sessions in our recovery and wellness space. ABOUT ACME ATHLETICS ACME Athletics is a premium training club in Clarksville, Tennessee, featuring a fitness floor, boutique-style classes, a dedicated recovery and wellness suite, and resort-grade amenities. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Provide individualized FST or assisted-stretch sessions based on each member's goals, comfort, and mobility needs - Review service goals, consent, and contraindications before each session - Adjust positioning and intensity based on member feedback and approved service boundaries - Maintain clear consent and professional boundaries throughout all hands-on services - Document sessions, restrictions, member responses, and approved follow-up guidance - Start and finish appointments on time - Sanitize, reset, and restock the treatment area after every session - Maintain tables, straps, bolsters, linens, supplies, and equipment - Stop services and escalate pain, neurological symptoms, adverse responses, or concerns outside your scope - Build strong member relationships and support appropriate rebooking WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Current recognized FST or assisted-stretch certification; FST Level 1 or higher preferred - CPR/AED certification by the start date - Hands-on experience in assisted stretching, movement, fitness, recovery, or a comparable professional setting - Strong communication, informed-consent, privacy, and professional-boundary practices - Ability to provide proof of all credentials required for the services performed - Willingness to complete credential verification and a background check - Established clientele is welcomed but not required - Availability for appointment-based work, including some evenings and weekends THIS IS NOT FOR YOU IF: - You work outside your verified training or credentials - You diagnose injuries, make medical claims, or continue a session when a member reports concerning symptoms - You treat consent, documentation, sanitation, punctuality, or professional boundaries as optional - You are unwilling to work as part of ACME's broader training and wellness team HOW TO APPLY Apply with your resume and a brief description of your assisted-stretch, mobility, recovery, or movement experience.
