Senior ServiceNow Engineer
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support critical business operations, the remote Senior ServiceNow Platform Engineer will design, build, and operate enterprise-grade ServiceNow capabilities, focusing on platform stability, automation initiatives, and knowledge management while managing the Agile backlog and presenting metrics to IT management. Key responsibilities Configure, maintain, and support the ServiceNow platform, including workflows and integrations Troubleshoot complex platform issues and support major releases and incidents Design and enhance automation and Agentic AI capabilities to reduce manual effort Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in technical leadership and governance, including mentoring and design reviews 7+ years of advanced ServiceNow development experience, including Flow Designer and REST/SOAP 5+ years managing an Agile backlog and ticket queue against SLAs 1+ years of experience with ServiceNow Agentic Workflow and AI Agents 3+ years of experience with Hardware Asset Management and related ServiceNow modules
