Community Education Coordinator (LTC)

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a full time Long Term Care Community Education Coordinator position in the Austin area. Job Description Primary function is to act as liaison between the Company and the community regarding community and long-term care patient needs. Responsibilities include promotion of Hospice programs and services while maintaining the standards of practice consistent with quality health care and maximizing human, financial and equipment resources.
