Regional Sales Manager - Mid-Central - Interventional Spine (IVS)

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach sales representatives to achieve regional sales objectives and territory goals
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard sales talent to build high-performing team
  • Develop and execute regional business plans aligned with market opportunities
  • Conduct field visits to provide coaching, feedback, and professional development
  • Monitor key business metrics, forecasts, and sales performance against regional targets

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 5 years professional sales experience
  • Minimum 2 years outside sales experience
  • Experience developing and executing territory or regional business plans
  • Experience analyzing sales performance and market opportunities
  • Experience managing forecasts and business performance metrics
  • Medical device, healthcare, or surgical industry experience preferred

Compensation: $164,250 base salary plus bonus and commission; target total compensation $275,000
