We are seeking an energetic, reliable, and detail-oriented Automotive Lot Attendant / Porter to join our team. In this role, you will be essential to keeping our dealership running smoothly by managing vehicle movement, keeping the lot organized, and maintaining a clean and orderly shop environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLot & Inventory Management: Move, park, and organize service vehicles across dealership lots to maximize space and efficiency.Shop Maintenance & Organization: Keep the main shop area clean, organized, and free of hazards to support overall service department efficiency.Transport & Delivery: Transport vehicles to and from off-site storage lots, detail bays, paint shops, or satellite locations safely.Guest Assistance: Greet arriving service customers, install protective covers (floor mats, seat covers), and retrieve finished vehicles promptly.Facility Maintenance: Help keep the service drive, drive-in reception areas, and service entrance & shop clean, clear, and free of debris.What We OfferNo weekends!Competitive hourly pay with opportunities for overtime and career advancement.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance options (available after 90 days of employment).Paid time off (PTO) and holiday pay (available after 90 days of employment).401(k) retirement plan eligibility (after 90 days of employment).Employee discounts on parts and service.Strong attention to detail and a customer-first mindset.Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and stand/walk for extended periods.Strong communication skills and ability to follow safety procedures closely.Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred).Pass drug screening. #J-18808-Ljbffr
