GTM Growth Product Manager, Agentic Systems

Overview For our client, we are seeking a GTM Growth Product Manager Agentic Systems to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will shape product priorities that connect customer needs, business goals, and practical execution. You will partner with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams to define opportunities, prioritize work, and deliver measurable product outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to influence roadmap direction while improving customer experience and business performance within a technology-driven environment. Location & Compensation Location: San Francisco, CA — US-based candidates only; no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $239,000 – $265,000 annually. Responsibilities Understand the challenges faced by GTM teams and customers; identify AI-driven opportunities Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for GTM AI systems Build AI-powered products to enhance pipeline generation and seller productivity Translate business strategy into scalable product capabilities and engineering priorities Lead cross-functional execution across various teams and stakeholders Enhance data foundations for GTM systems including entity resolution and data movement Utilize experimentation and customer feedback to evaluate impact on sales processes Facilitate adoption and change management for new GTM capabilities across teams Qualifications 8+ years of product management experience in agentic systems, GTM systems, enterprise SaaS, revenue technology, or AI workflow products Strong fluency in modern GTM systems like Salesforce and marketing automation tools Excellent skills in cross-functional influence, strategic alignment, and executive communication Highly analytical with the ability to define KPIs and use data for prioritization Ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments Benefits Hybrid work model with 3 days in-office per week Relocation assistance for new employees Occasional travel required Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
