Days Left: 26 days, 3 hours left Apply Client : Insurance Firm Job Title : IT Support Analyst Location : Scottsdale, AZ 85251 - Hybrid - 3-day onsite Duration : 6-month contract (Extension/Conversion will be based on performance) Pay Range: ($24 - $26) hourly Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1/Level 2 IT support to end users in an enterprise environment.
- Manage, monitor, and update service tickets through resolution.
- Handle escalated support issues and coordinate with internal/external IT teams.
- Support new hire onboarding, account setup, and access provisioning.
- Ensure SLA compliance and maintain excellent customer service standards.
- Contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives.
- 5+ years of Help Desk, Service Desk, or Customer Service experience.
- 2+ years of IT support or IT service management experience.
- Experience with ticketing systems and incident management processes.
- Strong knowledge of MS technologies (MS 365, Outlook, Windows, etc.).
- Understanding of ITIL principles and IT support frameworks.
- Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
- ITIL Certification.
- Experience supporting users in a large enterprise environment.
