Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve business systems, maintain configuration control, and support engineering process implementation.

#Education & Job Requirements

*Associate's degree or higher
*3+ years of experience in customer support
*Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
*Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, or maintenance manuals

#Preferred Skills

*5+ years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

#Job Duties & Functions

*Perform studies, analyses, trend evaluations, variance assessments, impact assessments, and risk assessments to determine impacts and constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvements, and program initiatives
*Collect, analyze, and validate engineering performance metrics to support business needs
*Coordinate organizational requirements and engineering data to support operational objectives
*Collaborate with managers, engineers, manufacturing personnel, suppliers, and stakeholders
*Improve business systems and implement best practices that support project decision-makers
*Guide training activities and provide subject matter expertise in the utilization of processes, tools, and engineering design integration
*Assist with plans and processes to ensure products meet technical, data, regulatory, and company requirements
*Maintain configuration control throughout engineering and business processes
*Act as the primary contact for establishing stakeholder requirements and project objectives
*Support technical integration efforts related to engineering tools, processes, risk management systems, and dashboard visibility enhancements
