Certified Activity/Wellness Director

Touchstone Communities is seeking a Certified Activity/Wellness Director to lead person-centered activity and wellness programs for seniors in our long-term care community. In this healthcare and medical services role, you will design, coordinate, and evaluate therapeutic recreation, fitness, and engagement activities that support residents’ physical, cognitive, emotional, and social well-being. You will supervise activity staff, collaborate with nursing (including LVNs) and therapy teams, maintain documentation and care plans, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a compassionate, family-oriented environment aligned with our mission of supportive, dignified elder care.
