✅ PRN (As Needed) Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience supporting adults with intellectual disabilities (ID)
- Medication Certification , First Aid/CPR , and Behavior Management training are preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable transportation and flexibility with scheduling
- Providing daily support and supervision to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Assisting with activities of daily living, medication administration, and community engagement
- Promoting independence, dignity, and inclusion
- Following person-centered support plans and documentation requirements
