Location: Broken Bow, Oklahoma Schedule: Full-Time - Monday - Friday, 2:00PM - 10:00PM + Overtime as needed Starting Pay: $24.26 per hour, with room for growth based on experience

Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for keeping machinery running smoothly? Bell Lumber & Pole is looking for a 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician to ensure our equipment, yard, and facility operate safely and efficiently. If you have experience with mechanical repairs, welding, and troubleshooting equipment, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on mobile equipment, treating plant machinery, yard tools, and facility systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
- Conduct equipment inspections and report any potential issues to management.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety policies and company safety procedures.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance needs and assist in larger repair projects.
What You Need:
High school diploma or equivalent (technical training or certification preferred).
1+ years of maintenance experience, including welding, mechanical repairs, or electrical work.
Experience with mobile equipment, automotive, agricultural, electrical, HVAC, or plumbing is a plus.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and diagnostic skills.
Ability to operate hand and power tools, read blueprints, and follow safety regulations.
Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.
