JOB POSITION DESCRIPTION:

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and cook pizzas to recipe specifications and quality standards.
  
  
• Prepare dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients for daily service.
  
  
• Operate pizza ovens and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
  
  
• Maintain consistency in portioning, presentation, and cook times.
  
  
• Keep your station clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout service.
  
  
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling procedures.
  
  
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth, timely service.
  
  
• Assist with prep work, inventory rotation, and other kitchen duties as needed.
  
  
• Help create a positive kitchen culture as part of our opening team.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Previous pizza-making or line-cook experience preferred.
  
  
• Knowledge of pizza preparation, dough handling, and oven operation is a plus.
  
  
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
  
  
• Reliable, punctual, and motivated team player.
  
  
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  
  
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with a new concept.
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current Food Handler certificates
• Ability to carry at least 30 lbs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments
• Able to multitask and organize
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to reach, bend, squat and lift while on the shift
• Ability to withstand frequent exposure to smoke, steam, high temperatures, humidity, and
  extreme cold
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment
• High School Diploma/ GED
