Urgent Care Physician - Per Diem

Overview This role is for a physician providing clinical services in an urgent care setting, independently managing acute conditions such as infections, minor injuries, and illnesses. Responsibilities Examine patients, take histories, order and interpret tests, diagnose, and prescribe treatments. Perform procedures such as suturing and splinting. Educate patients. Supervise PA/NPs remotely, act as collaborating physician, and coordinate care as required. Qualifications Medical degree with 2–5 years of post-residency experience. Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine. Active medical licensure. Preferred skills Experience with EMRs. Strong communication and attentive patient care.
