About the Role
Gravity IT Resources is seeking bright, energetic, and driven sales professionals to join our high-performing business development team. As a Senior Account Manager, you will build meaningful client relationships and help businesses realize tangible value through our Human Capital Management solutions — working alongside an experienced team to identify, qualify, and win new and existing business.
Responsibilities
• Research existing clients and target prospects to identify decision-makers, technology footprints, and fit for Gravity's HCM solutions
• Initiate outreach (phone, text, email) to connect with decision-makers and uncover opportunities
• Schedule and conduct discovery meetings — phone, video, and in-person — to explore how Gravity can add value
• Build meaningful relationships through coffees, lunches, dinners, and networking events
• Present, negotiate, and execute Staffing Services Agreements and Direct Hire Agreements
• Partner with clients to understand and communicate their Employee Value Proposition to Gravity's recruitment delivery team
• Lead thorough Job Intake calls to define candidate requirements, skills, and target pay rates
• Guide and hold the delivery team accountable for results
• Mentor and develop internal resources as needed
• Support office leadership in prioritization and execution
Requirements
• 3–7 years of total professional work experience
• 1+ year of B2B outbound/hunting sales experience, with a demonstrated track record of success in cold and outbound business development
• Experience in the staffing industry (IT, Industrial, Healthcare, or other verticals)
• Proven ability to independently manage a sales desk, including client engagement, candidate sourcing, and placements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams) a plus
