More about the roleThis is an exciting job opportunity for you as a Customer Experience: Customer Solutions Specialist in Peachtree City, GA with Cooper Lighting Solutions, a business unit of Signify, the world leader in lighting.Serve as the primary business owner for strategic customer solutions that enhance the overall customer experience while supporting company objectives. Lead logistics consolidation initiatives to reduce freight expense, improve delivery performance, and simplify the customer supply chain. Monitor conversion performance and identify opportunities to improve future implementations. Analyze customer, logistics, returns, and recovery data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
