Bilingual Multi-Location Customer Service Specialist (Spanish)

Job Description Location: Store #3074, 6445 Penn Ave. S, Richfield, MN 55423 – work within 15 miles of this store. Position is full-time. Starting pay: $19.85 per hour, flexible based on relevant experience. Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin‑Williams products, recommend the right solutions, promptly resolve concerns, and ensure maximum client satisfaction while maintaining high quality and visual standards. Responsibilities Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis Maintain precise work order files and records Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications Stock shelves and set up displays Clean store equipment Load/unload delivery trucks Assist in making deliveries, as needed Maintain in‑stock and presentable condition of assigned areas Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options Comply with inventory control procedures Suggest ways to improve sales Minimum Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish Must have a valid, unrestricted driver’s license Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation Preferred Qualifications High School diploma or GED At least 1 year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service Experience selling paint and paint‑related products Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment Benefits Health benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage; Flexible Spending Accounts; disability coverage; retirement and savings benefits; and a generous paid time off package, including personal leave, paid parental leave, medical leave, vacation, and holidays.
