Your Contribution

• Conduct routine and specialized clinical lab analyses—including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more—while adhering to established protocols.
• Evaluate test results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and carry out preventative maintenance and calibrate laboratory instruments.
• Support specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as required.
• Document all protocols thoroughly, provide training to new employees or students, and help sustain high-quality lab standards.
• Ensure a clean, secure work environment while complying with regulatory and accreditation norms.

Education

• Hold a bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health degree with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• Obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within your first year of hire.
• Maintain your certification throughout your employment with us.
