The Arc Westchester is the largest agency in Westchester County supporting children, teens, and adults with developmental disabilities, including individuals on the autism spectrum, and their families. Through a comprehensive continuum of services, The Arc Westchester works every day to foster independence, support personal goals, and strengthen community participation. With more than 700 dedicated employees supporting nearly 2,000 people across Westchester County and a 2026 budget of $66 million, the organization is widely recognized for the quality of its services, its financial stewardship, and its leadership within the broader intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) field.
The CEO is responsible for overall leadership, effectiveness, and sustainability of the organization, ensuring alignment with mission, values, regulatory requirements, and strategic goals. The CEO sets and advances organizational strategy, oversees execution of the strategic plan, ensures high-quality, person-centered services across a complex service portfolio, and ensures the organization remains well positioned to respond to emerging opportunities and challenges. The role includes oversight of a complex, multi-service organization with a significant geographic footprint, a large and diverse workforce, and a funding structure heavily reliant on public reimbursement.
Salary range: $330,000 - $385,000 annually (commensurate with experience).
