- Work directly with a senior litigation Paralegal to support high-stakes personal injury cases throughout the litigation process.
- Assist Paralegals manage attorney calendars, coordinate hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial schedules.
- Help prepare and organize case files, exhibits, correspondence, and litigation documents.
- Learn how to file pleadings and other documents through court e-portals while ensuring deadlines are met.
- Learn the process of Communicate with clients, expert witnesses, medical providers, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
- Prior experience as a Litigation Assistant or Legal Assistant is a plus
- Outstanding organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive problem-solver with meticulous attention to detail who takes ownership of their work.
