Accounting Consultant: Month-End & Consolidations (Hybrid)

Join to apply for the Accounting Consultant role at RGP What you will work on Support month-end close, including preparing and reviewing account reconciliations and preparing journal entries Manage and analyze accrued liabilities, ensuring accuracy and completeness Support financial consolidation processes Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment What you will bring Bachelor's degree in accounting or related major 5+ years of hands‑on accounting and month‑end close experience Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs and other advanced functions Experience using SAP, Oracle or other major ERP applications; and experience with HFM or OneStream is preferred Exceptional client service skills with a high attention to detail Must be willing to work on‑site at least 3 days/week in the Northern Detroit, MI area What you can expect Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid and fully onsite. Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
