Banquet Set-up Team Member

Join our team at The Resort at Longboat Key Club as a full-time Banquet Set-up team member. In this role, you will play a vital part in creating exceptional event experiences by preparing and arranging banquet spaces to the highest standards, ensuring our guests enjoy flawless service in an elegant setting.

Responsibilities:

Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and decorations.
Assist with the timely and efficient setup and breakdown of banquet events.
Collaborate with the banquet and culinary teams to ensure smooth event execution.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas and storage.
Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to event needs and requests.

Requirements:

Previous experience in banquet or event setup preferred but not required.
Ability to lift and carry heavy items and stand for long periods.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record that meets company insurance requirements.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
