Multifamily Superintendent
Job Description
Lead on-site construction activities and ensure project timelines are met. Coordinate and manage subcontractors to maintain workflow efficiency. Oversee safety compliance and enforce safety protocols on-site. Communicate project progress and challenges to stakeholders and project managers. Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans. Ensure quality standards are upheld throughout the construction process. Manage on-site resources, including equipment and materials. Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to project requirements.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Multifamily Superintendent should have: experience with managing multifamily construction projects, strong knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations, ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans, excellent communication and leadership skills, proficiency in coordinating subcontractors and resources.
