Client Service Account Representative will brief current customers about new or additional products/services. Respond to customer pricing enquiries in a timely manner. Reaching out to existing customers via email or cold-calling to get sales quotes. Process orders for material and merchandise received by mail, fax, email and telephone from customers. Review and process invoices pertaining to completed work orders.

Temp-to-Hire position

$ 24.00 / hour

Full Time work available

First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

• Responding/Following up with customer pricing enquiries in a timely manner.
• Reaching out to existing customers via email or cold-calling to get sales quotes.
• Provide and update information about how accounts are operating.
• Process orders for material and merchandise received by mail, fax, email and telephone from customers.
• Review and process invoices pertaining to completed work orders.

3 years minimum experience in account management and/or administrative work, printing/advertising environment preferred but not required.

Great customer service skills. Microsoft Office experience (Word/Excel).

Preferred candidate will have strong stable work history.
