Parc Provence, an assisted living and skilled nursing community, is seeking a dedicated Weekend Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Weekend Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of our community's facilities, allowing our residents to thrive in a safe and comfortable environment.

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented individual to provide weekend maintenance support to our community. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. As a Weekend Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, responding to maintenance requests, and assisting with repairs and renovations.

Saturday & Sunday 8 hour days.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: plumbing and electrical repairs, HVAC maintenance and repairs, painting and finishing work, carpentry and finishing work.
• Respond to maintenance requests from residents, staff, and administration in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with repairs and renovations, as needed.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
