The role involves working night shifts with a schedule of Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday on the first week and Saturday, Sunday, and Monday on the second week. Ratios are 1:4. Candidates are expected to have 2 years of relevant experience. Weekends are required every third week based on the shift type. Certifications needed include ACLS, BCLS, NIH, and PALS. CPI and TNCC certifications are preferred but not mandatory. No on-call time is required for this position. Floating to meet facility needs is not required. The role does not accommodate block scheduling. Local candidates within a 75-mile radius are not accepted. The facility is an acute care hospital with a total of 233 staffed beds. It offers a diverse patient demographic, including neonates, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics. Daily census can reach up to 127 visits. The workforce includes interdisciplinary support from various services. Patient diagnoses include a broad range suitable for an emergency department setting.
