Clerk (Part-time)

Read printed PDF files and handwritten documents aloud, including medical records, psych-educational reports, letters, articles, and websites. Scan medical records, psych-educational reports, letters, and other documents into the computer. Complete referral forms, intake forms, and other required forms by hand when needed. File, organize, and maintain case folders and documents. Make copies and send facsimiles as needed. Check and review paper mail. Assist with submitting receipts and read receipts as requested. Review and verify MRCIS documents for accuracy. Locate required items, documents, and reports within case files. Check case files for required signatures and specific documents. Perform other administrative support duties as assigned by the Counselor. Required Skills & Qualifications Positive attitude and willingness to help. Strong organizational and task-management skills. Ability to understand and follow spoken and written instructions. Ability to read a high volume of documents, including medical reports, in a clear speaking voice. Basic knowledge of MS Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook . Reliable and dependable with the ability to complete assigned tasks as requested. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
