Collaborate with educational professionals and families to create meaningful interventions and promote student success.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active MS SLP license or ability to obtain
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; new graduates (CFs) also encouraged to apply
- Experience within a school-based or pediatric setting highly desirable
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of assessment tools, individualized education plans (IEPs), and state compliance policies
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of student speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
- Deliver direct and consultative speech/language services to students in individual and group settings
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support collaborative outcomes
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational recommendations
- Stay up to date on best practices and advance your expertise through ongoing professional development
