Required Skills
5+ years of .NET development experience
3+ years of experience with complex Motor Vehicle systems and/or Court systems in State Government
3+ years of experience developing requirements, specifications, and test plans for complex large-scale systems
3+ years of experience designing and developing bi-directional REST/JSON API interfaces supporting nationwide data integrations and clearinghouses
Preferred Skills
Experience with both Oracle and MS SQL Server databases.
