Job Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Provide personalized, high-touch service to customers, ensuring they have a memorable shopping experience.
• Styling Support: Help customers select the perfect pieces from our collection of premium, sustainable fabrics and offer style advice to create complete outfits.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team to create a welcoming and positive environment, assisting with daily store operations and ensuring smooth sales floor operations.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of the products we sell, and stay up-to-date on the latest collections and fabric details to provide knowledgeable recommendations to customers.
• Sales Support: Assist with achieving sales targets by creating meaningful interactions that inspire customers to make purchases.
• Store Maintenance: Help maintain the store’s visual standards, ensuring merchandise is well-stocked, organized, and presented beautifully.
