Assistant Manager

As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting restaurant operations, leading teams, and ensuring an outstanding guest experience. This is your opportunity to grow with a company that values leadership, teamwork, and career development!

What You'll Do:

  • Support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) in daily operations
  • Lead and develop shift managers and team members
  • Ensure outstanding food quality and customer service
  • Assist with financial responsibilities, such as inventory and cost control
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
  • Uphold company policies and ensure compliance with food safety standards
