IU Health Medical Group is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our experienced Gastroenterology team. This position is located in Fort Wayne, IN.


Position Details:

• Full-time- Days
  • 5-8-hour days or 4-10 -hour days
• Monday - Friday- No Weekends
• No Call Schedule for now
• 100% Outpatient

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide all encompassing GI care to both acute and chronic care conditions

Patient Population:

• Located in Roanoke IN and will pull patients from surrounding counties

Qualifications:

• FNP, or PA Certification REQUIRED
• GI experience preferred but no required
• Desired Candidate- Commitment to the office/community, great communication skills and teamwork.

Healthcare System/Hospital Description

Delivering on our vision to make Indiana one of the nation's healthiest states, Indiana University Health expanded into the northeast Indiana market in 2018. Currently, IU Health operates four primary care clinics, two urgent cares, and a radiology center in the Fort Wayne area.
