Role Important role that sets the tone of first impressions by being a liaison with members of our Leadership Team, Residents, and Family Members. Responsible for managing day‑to‑day operations of the front desk and telephone while providing assistance through administrative and clerical duties to support the Juniper Team. Responsibilities Greets and directs visitors to the building and maintains a clean and organized workspace, including waiting and concierge areas. Assists the marketing department with phone calls and database work as needed. Answers incoming phone calls, forwards and takes messages as appropriate. Assists in mailing and marketing initiatives by organizing and distributing mail, sending and receiving packages, and preparing and sending community invitations, notices, flyers, etc. as directed. Performs secretarial and computer/data processing duties such as preparing reports and logs, coordinating move‑ins, resident assessments and transportation, preparing resident files, preparing training materials, and assisting with coordination of onboarding/hiring process as needed. Requirements High School Diploma is preferred. Aptitude for math and computer knowledge preferred. Previous healthcare or service‑related experience preferred.
