Our Warehouse Team Lead is a seasoned superstar that truly loves all aspects of order management and warehouse operations. Whether documenting and improving processes, optimizing equipment, coaching the team as they assembled our customer orders, you never get tired of problem solving. You spend your time on the warehouse floor - making sure our customers get what they want when they want it! Intimately engaged with and focused on warehouse department goals, you organize your work to best support them. No matter what you're faced with, you calmly and quickly triage challenges. In addition to supporting the day-to-day business, you assist & lead short term and long-term projects.

Success Factors (First 12 18 Months)

• Operational Expert: Using your in-depth knowledge of order management, warehouse operations, and safety you are "in the know" of every function within the warehouse and can jump in and support when needed. As order volume and complexity shift, you seamlessly adapt. You direct the daily activities and know where to utilize your team to get the best results for the business. As a resource for both creation of and compliance with the Torani Operating Procedures in picking, shipping & receiving, and finished goods replenishment, you understand the operation intimately. You know that the best way to manage costs and keep customers happy is to do it right the first time. Verification processes and first-time quality are your mantras.
• Communication & Leadership: You are leading by example throughout the warehouse by supporting and coaching team members to deliver our product to our customers, on time and accurately. You engage your team by providing them with accurate KPIs that help them be successful. You support the growth of your team by encouraging team members to support one another with learning skill blocks. You coach team members through their opportunities and praise to acknowledge their positive contributions. Your clear and concise communication skills allow you to support cross-functional partners; manufacturing, customer service and transportation, to ensure we deliver our products timely and error-free. You're responsible for the shift-to-shift transitional communications that take place daily.
• All Systems Go: You are comfortable working within Oracle, RF Scanners, and Microsoft Office to name a few. You ensure that the team, including our temporary team members, are thoroughly trained and you welcome questions when they run into hiccups with systems or equipment. You are proficient in resolving first-level technological and systems issues and know how to troubleshoot before you escalate to IT. You look for opportunities to improve and elevate the warehouse workflows.
• Safety First: You set the example by maintaining a safe and enjoyable work environment with zero safety incidents. You look at work through a lens of safety and care about the safety of all your fellow team members. You report out safety concerns in KPI meetings and drive your team's success in making sure that food safety are personal safety are at top of mind. You are responsible for addressing and elevating safety concerns for resolution.

What You'll Bring:

• 3 years' experience within Warehouse operations
• Experience with using KPIs to drive business and team directives
• Experience in the Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook (preferred)
• MF, 2nd Shift plus overtime as needed
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Eligible for $1.00 shift differential
• Stand, walk, bend, twist for up to 8 hours

Pay Range: $31.00 - $35.00/ hour
