General Manager

As a General Manager you take full ownership of our branch operations across key downtown and/or airport locations. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT 

• You manage all operational aspects of designated branches including downtown and/or airport locations 

• You develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with business requirements enhance operational processes and foster employee engagement 

• You spearhead revenue growth strategies analyze costs effectively and optimize incremental sales opportunities 

• You provide strategic oversight of business operations to ensure alignment of resources training and infrastructure to meet set targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) 

• You offer guidance mentorship coaching and leadership to nurture employee growth and development plans 

• You manage budgets employee reviews training schedules and contract negotiations for optimal efficiency 

YOUR SKILLS MATTER 

• Experience & Education You hold a Bachelors degree in Business Management or related field preferred with 5 years of relevant work experience in sales business development or customer service. Experience in the car rental industry is required 

• Organization & Customer Service You demonstrate a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and operational KPIs and successful leadership experience in sales operations driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction 

• Communication Skills You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

• Work Hours & Travel You are able to travel domestically up to 40% of the time to designated locations
