Job Description Job Description Experienced Loan Officer Assistant / Mortgage Processor - In-Office Role (Davie, FL) Are you a skilled mortgage professional ready to take ownership of loan files and help deliver seamless closings? We’re seeking a detail-driven Loan Officer Assistant or Mortgage Processor to join us in Davie. Experience with larger mortgage companies is a big plus! What You’ll Do: Own the process from application to closing - collecting documents, submitting files, and clearing conditions. Communicate proactively with all parties - borrowers, lenders, underwriters, title companies, and appraisers. Ensure deadlines are met and files run smoothly. Support overall operations and be the go-to person ensuring no detail slips. What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of mortgage processing or LOA experience, ideally with larger mortgage companies. Active NMLS license. Strong organizational and follow-up skills - you take ownership and solve problems.
