Administrative Assistant III
The University of North Georgia is accepting applications for an Administrative Assistant III. The Administrative Assistant will coordinate administrative processes for the Computer Science Department Head and Director of the Institute for Cyber Operations within the College of Science & Mathematics. Responsibilities include the management of budgets, travel, hiring, personnel, and administrative workflows.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Working knowledge of all office equipment, computer software, and administrative procedures. Possesses excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to communicate on a professional level Ability to work independently and calmly in an occasionally stressful environment; ability to prioritize tasks. Takes initiative in solving problems and can develop creative solutions to challenges while providing outstanding customer service.
Bachelor's Degree required. One year of clerical or administrative experience required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
The proposed salary is: $18.34-$20.17 hour.
