Reg. Resp. Therapist, Atlantic Health At Home Medical- Per Diem Days @ Howell

JOB DESCRIPTION At Home Medical is seeking a Per Diem Respiratory Therapist for the Howell Clinical Services Unit. The position will involve working approximately 2‑day shifts per week, 8:30–5:00 Monday‑Friday with possible Saturdays. Provide respiratory care to patients as ordered by physicians, according to established standards and practices. Assess patient health problems and needs. Develop and implement personalized care plans. Maintain accurate medical records. Administer care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients. Set up CPAP/VPAP devices in the patient's home or office. Demonstrate knowledge regarding homecare services and third‑party reimbursement. Communicate effectively, document thoroughly, and provide high‑level customer service. Organize and prioritize tasks, employing critical thinking skills. Bilingual proficiency is preferred. QUALIFICATIONS Education Associate of Science degree from an accredited respiratory therapist program (required). Bachelor’s Degree (preferred). License/Certification Active Respiratory Therapy license in New Jersey (required). Credentialed as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board of Respiratory Care (preferred). North Jersey and Pennsylvania licenses preferred.
